Commercial Construction Superintendent - Healthcare Projects - Gpac

Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Construction Superintendent with a robust background in healthcare projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all phases of healthcare construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications and regulatory requirements are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Lead and mentor construction teams, providing clear direction and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Review and approve project documentation, including change orders, RFIs, and daily reports.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a focus on healthcare projects.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale commercial construction projects, with a strong understanding of healthcare facility requirements and regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
