About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and interpret market access datasets including payer, reimbursement, and health economics information.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other tools for tracking and communicating key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product access and market penetration.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to provide data-driven recommendations for improving market access strategies, pricing, and product positioning.
- Integrate and manipulate data from multiple sources, such as IQVIA, Symphony Health, and internal databases, to provide comprehensive insights.
- Design and implement custom analytics solutions to address specific business questions.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a technical lead analyst role within the pharmaceutical industry focusing on commercial operations and market access data.
- Strong understanding of market access, reimbursement processes, and health economics.
- Experience working with commercial pharma data sources such as IQVIA, Symphony Health, or other relevant data providers.
- Proficient in data analytics and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Familiarity with real-world evidence (RWE), health outcomes research, and value-based pricing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
