Job Summary
The Commercial Digital Product Delivery Manager works in tandem with the Digital Product Managers, technology teams, vendors, and various lines-of-business across the organization to execute on an effective digital strategy and to help drive the evolution of Digital at Synovus. Analyzes data, solves problems, and collaborates with delivery teams within an Agile framework for development.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
* Leads digital product delivery, manages stakeholder expectations on product development, and maintains strong lines of communication providing status and visibility of digital product development.
* Supports the various agile ceremonies of the commercial digital product team, keeping the team on track, and removing impediments.
* Monitors and reports on team progress during sprints, tracks metrics, and identifies opportunities for improvement.
* Builds and maintains product roadmap, strengthens prioritization process, and creates views for various stakeholders.
* Manages team tools and processes that enable continuous delivery.
* Develops and maintains a product enhancement feedback mechanism for stakeholders to submit ideas and client/team member feedback to inform the product roadmap and prioritization.
* Manages vendor quarterly business reviews with a focus on financials, service quality, delivery, and the overall partnerships.
* Promotes collaboration and communication between the team and with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment
* Stays in sync with and provides support to the Product Managers in executing and delivering on product roadmap commitments.
* Keeps abreast of market trends, Synovus's digital channels, customer feedback and analytics to inform a strong understanding of the broader business, technology, digital/mobile marketplace.
* Understands cross-functional dependencies to help guide business units and other stakeholders in the gathering of their requirements.
* Advocates a customer centric mindset through closely partnering with the UI/UX team on design and POCs.
* Serves as the day-to-day lead for the Scrum team, driving backlog refinement and ensuring user story readiness.
* Drives ready to launch activities in partnership with the Line of Business - Marketing, Org Readiness, Learning and Development, Corporate Communications, Customer Care and Support.
* Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.
* Performs other related duties as required.

Minimum Education:
* Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum Experience:
* Seven+ years of experience in Digital products/channels/programs. Proven track record of successfully moving complex bodies of work from concept to launch
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
* Strong relationship building, collaboration and leadership skills
* Experience in technical product solutioning and/or development
* Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
* Strong analysis skills to evaluate business and technical feasibility
* Familiarity with current and emerging digital technologies
