Job Title: Commercial HVAC Installer
Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our Commercial Construction team as an HVAC Installer for projects in the Charlottesville area. In this role, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate and grow your skills in the trade, along with training and teaching apprentices and helpers.

Responsibilities:
- Thorough knowledge and experience of HVAC system installs in commercial construction environments
- Ability to fabricate and install duct work
- Ability to set and hook up equipment
- Ability to read and interpert construction drawings
- Work as a trainer and mentor for helpers and apprentices
- Must be dependable and willing to complete a project from start to finish
- Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Vocational school or prior training preferred.
- Basic understanding of trade principles and concepts.
- Strong interest in the trade and a desire to learn and develop new skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safety and following established protocols.
- Pre-employment drug screen and background check will be performed.
