We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the repair of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. The technician will work closely with our project managers and customer service agents to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Compensation: $25.00-$40.00 an hour, depending on experience and credentials
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC/R systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in HVAC/R equipment
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and questions professionally
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide emergency repair services
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC/R maintenance and repair
- Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, including refrigeration units, air conditioning units, and heating systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability for on-call rotations and emergency repairs
