Responsibilities

• Foster strong relationships with current customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests, Auto Insurance certificates, and various insurance related verification calls in a timely manner.
• Receive and submit claim information on customer's behalf and act as client's advocate.
• Respond to billing and payment processing inquires and provide support to current customers on billing related matters.
• Handle all aspects of Certificate of Insurance requests from commercial clients.
