Salary Range: $28000.00 - $115000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Actively reach out to prospective commercial clients to understand their insurance requirements and offer tailored solutions.
Policy Development: Design and propose comprehensive insurance plans that meet the specific needs of businesses.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients to ensure sustained satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with teammates and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer support.
Networking: Attend local business events to connect with potential clients and represent Rathweg Insurance Associates, Inc.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in commercial insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
Licensing: Valid insurance license for Ohio is required.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and convey complex information clearly.
Client-Focused: Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
