Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial and life insurance clients.
• Assess clients' insurance needs and provide expert advice on suitable coverage options.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals and quotes, ensuring clients understand their options.
• Manage the end-to-end insurance process, including policy issuance, renewals, and claims support.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to offer the best solutions.
• Collaborate with underwriters and other insurance professionals to tailor policies that meet clients' specific requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential risks for both commercial and personal clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Proven experience in commercial and life insurance, with a strong understanding of insurance products and industry regulations.
• Relevant insurance licenses (e.g., Property & Casualty, Life & Health) required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in a customer management software.
