Trimble-Batjer, an Alera Group Company, is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their Property & Casualty team.

As an Account Manager, the focus of this position is to service a commercial lines book of business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and update policy changes based on client requests
- Prepare and issue endorsements
- Issue Certificates of Insurance/Evidence of Insurance
- Create and issue insurance ID cards
- Oversee policy renewals and client communications
- Process audits and prepare reports
- Manage policy cancellations and reinstatements
- Provide accurate quotes for new and existing policies
- Issue insurance binders
- Process and resolve discrepancies in invoicing
- Interact with clients, producers, and carriers to address needs and resolve issues
- Back-Up Duties: Assist with marketing, remarketing, and claims processing as needed
- Must have commercial lines insurance experience (preferably in Texas)
- Property & Casualty License required
- Applied Epic experience is a plus
