Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively with team members and colleagues, fostering a cooperative work environment.
• Handle requests for Certificates of Insurance, Binders, Auto ID cards, Auto Filings, and other related documents.
• Process endorsement requests with carriers and update our agency management system, including adding drivers or deleting vehicles.
• Efficiently process and deliver audits and endorsements to clients.
• Prepare Renewal Reviews to obtain updated exposure information from clients.
• Assist in preparing Draft Proposals for Producers and Account Managers.
• Obtain online quotes via carrier websites for coverage requests on new prospects and existing clients.
• Complete applications and other necessary documents for submissions.
• Contribute to marketing efforts for new/renewal business in collaboration with Producers, Account Managers, and the Marketing Team.
• Act as an intermediary between clients and carriers regarding claim reporting and filing.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with Applied/Epic (Agency Management Software) is a plus, but not required.
• Experience using CSR24 (Certificate Processing Software) is a plus, but not required.
• Be flexible and willing to take on additional duties or functions as needed due to changing business conditions.

• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field is advantageous.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the insurance industry.

• High school diploma with a college degree or business school background desirable.
• 1-2  years of experience in underwriting or an insurance agency service position.
• Exceptional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and interact with clients and colleagues.
• Possession of a Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License is a plus, though not required.
