Commercial Litigation Paralegal - Gpac

A well-established Plaintiff Personal injury firm is searching for a 10+ year litigation paralegal that has worked a commercial cases and other cases centered around negligence. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a collegial team friendly environment and enjoy working a wide docket of cases. Each paralegal is assigned to ONE attorney at this firm.

Litigation Paralegal Requirements & Qualifications:

• 10+years of experience as a plaintiff litigatin paralegal. 
• Experience in but not limited to: Commercial cases, wrongful death. trucking accidents, construction accidents.
• Client intake, pre-litigation, document management and filing, legal research.
• Ability to acquire medical records and compile a medical chronology; drafting, analysis of contracts.
• Prepare documents such as pleadings and motions for attorneys and file them with the court.
• Settlment negotiations, court filing and scheduling and investigative support.
• Assist the attorney at trial.
• Case management and administrative work.
