Integrity Insurance in McKinney, Texas is looking for a full-time Commercial and Personal Lines Account Manager. The role involves responsibilities such as prospecting new clients, generating quotes, expanding and servicing current client accounts, fostering strong client relationships, and obtaining referrals.

Salary Range: $65000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities
*Identify and target potential commercial and personal lines clients. Understand their insurance needs, and provide tailored solutions.
*Present and sell commercial and personal insurance products, including property, liability, workers' compensation, plus home and auto insurance.
*Oversee and manage a portfolio of commercial and personal insurance accounts, ensuring clients receive top-notch service.
*Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries.
*Assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions to meet their insurance requirements.
*Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and claims with efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
- This position is for Texas Candidates Only.
- A Texas Property & Casualty Insurance license is required.
- 1-3 years of Commercial and Personal Insurance Sales and Service experience is required.
- Basic technical and computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and agency management software (EZLynx).
- A Team player who is goal-oriented and driven to succeed.
- A Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks and be extremely organized.
- A high level of self-motivation and a results-driven approach.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with our clients.
