Position Summary:
The Commercial Post Closing Review Analyst is responsible for ensuring that all Commercial loans, modifications and renewals are completed accurately on the Bank’s core system. The Post Close Analyst will also prepare an exception report for all commercial loan files as needed. This position provides miscellaneous assistance within the Commercial Operations department as required. Will also assist as needed with the Commercial Credit, Commercial Administration and Commercial Operations departments. This position may interact with internal and external customers and auditors. Demonstrate and implement our Core Values to all internal and external customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Responsible to review and ensure that all commercial loans, modifications and renewals have been boarded to the Bank’s core system accurately.
· Takes appropriate remedial action to resolve deficiencies, errors and escalate questions/disputes to appropriate level when necessary.
· Responsible to track and document all commercial file reviews using the appropriate forms and by following established department procedures
· Reconcile required GL accounts monthly
· Assist in gathering documentation or information for any internal or external audits
· Provide backup assistance when needed for the commercial administrative and/or commercial closing team
· Create and distribute various reports as needed.
· Demonstrates a positive reflection of the organization in public through their actions and behaviors
· Maintain and ensure compliance standards by complying with all bank policies and procedures
· Assist in establishing and maintaining Commercial Loan Credit files
· Completes other duties as assigned.
Education, Certification, License and Experience:
· High school graduate or equivalent.
· Loan/Lending experience preferred
Skills and Knowledge:
· Understanding of related computer applications, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, Power Point.
· Must be detail orientated and self-motivated.
· Must be able to prioritize work and exhibit a high level of professionalism.
· Excellent phone and inter-personal skills.
· Knowledge of the banks operating platforms. Must be familiar with loan documentation terms.
· Responsible for knowing and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines, as detailed in policies that include but are not limited to Bank Secrecy Act and other applicable anti-money-laundering rules, Right to Financial Privacy, Fair Lending, Community Reinvestment Act, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, and other laws and regulations as they pertain to the position.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. Work is normally performed in a typical interior work environment which does not subject the employee to any hazardous or unpleasant elements.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to speak or hear, stand or sit for long periods of time, open filing cabinets, walk, stoop or bend, use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and complete tasks requiring manual dexterity. Ability to drive a vehicle for travel is required for the position.
