Commercial Real Estate Appraiser Trainee - Valbridge Property Advisors

Valbridge Property Advisors is looking for a commercial real estate appraiser trainee to join our team in Kansas City. If you are looking to grow, innovate and lead with the resources of one of the nation’s largest independent commercial valuation companies and you have some exposure to commercial real estate, we want to hear from you. Our appraisers provide high-end, professional commercial real estate appraisal services for a variety of real estate sectors including office, retail, industrial, multi-family, vacant land, and special use properties. Clients include Fortune 500 companies, lending institutions, attorneys, developers, accounting firms, and government agencies. We are in search of an appraiser to work in Kansas City and surrounding areas. 

This position is in-person and located in Overland Park, KS in the Kansas City metro area.  Please note that a four-year bachelor's degree is required for this position. We cannot accept any applicants that do not already have a degree completed.
