In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop strategies to boost our company's reputation and secure future business through a relationship-based approach. You will work closely with existing and prospective customers, actively researching, targeting, and closing deals to drive growth and success.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of outside sales experience, B2B/B2C
- Restoration, construction/home improvement, multi-family, or insurance industry experience preferred
- Hunter mentality and exceptional customer service skills
- Basic CRM/Microsoft Office Suite experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Direct sales focus with an integrity selling model
- Actively research, target, contact, and close potential customers
- Manage established customers and expand relationships
- Utilize CRM for customer engagement
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to increase brand awareness
- Build strategic relationships with key industry players and vendors
- Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints
Success Factors:
- Motivated self-starter with a hunter mentality
- Up-to-date with the latest trends in commercial restoration industry
Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit/stand for long periods
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 40lbs
Working Conditions:
- Combination of in-office work, driving to visit clients, and job site visits
- May require working in inclement weather conditions
