Job Title: Construction Superintendent (Ground-Up Superintendent)
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Noblesville, IN)
Salary: $90,000 to $145,000 DOE
Skills: site development, ground up construction, light industrial, concrete, warehouse, loading facilities, project supervision

Responsibilities: We are looking for an experienced superintendent to lead the construction of an industrial service facility (trucking/loading) in Central Indiana.
Must-Have Skills:
- Ground-up construction experience is a must
- Experience overseeing installation of utilities/site development
- Strong communication, organization and technology skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in warehouse, light industrial or logistics facilities
- Bilingual
- Open to 1099 or W2 employment (this is a full-time position)
