Salary Range: $75000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Farmers Insurance products and services.
Utilize a CRM system to track leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
Qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening to understand customer needs.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential clients.
Maintain knowledge of our insurance offerings to answer questions and provide information to prospects.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Achieve monthly performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
Knowledge of insurance products is a bonus, but not required.
