Commercial estimator and project manager - Gpac

This job posting for both the Estimator and PM role.

Estimator role:

Min 5 years

• SAGE software a MUST! Prefer SAGE, Bluebeam, and PROCORE experience

• Needs to have an outgoing personality

• They will be bidding jobs, talking with subcontractors, meeting with people about jobs, working with project managers

Project Manager role:

3-5 years experience is ideal --- needs to have commercial construction projects
