Communications Specialist Compensation

• Base Hourly Range: $28.72
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.

Communications Specialist Highlights

• Fully Remote
• Assigned 8-hour shifts

Communications Specialist Responsibilities

• The Specialist reports directly to the Senior Communications Manager.
• Primary duties include routing incoming communications from sales and customers to the appropriate technician for problem resolution. The incoming communications will be related to a new pharmaceutical e-commerce platform.
• Additional duties may include logging metrics and communicating problem resolutions back to sales and customers.

Communications Specialist Requirements

• Demonstrates basic understanding of communication media and best practices
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to interpret and act using analytic skills
• Attention to detail and timelines
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams at one time
