Skills & Requirements:
1 to 3 years of experience as a multifamily Community Manager required.
3+ years’ experience as an Assistant Community Manager and/or related experience.
College degree preferred.
Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
Previous mid-rise experience encouraged.
Previous lease up experience strongly preferred.
Must love working in a team environment and be solution oriented.
Must be a team player, have creative and ambitious marketing abilities and have strong financial acumen, time and schedule management.
Must have strong leadership, customer service, communication, and motivational skills.
One-Sight Management Systems, Microsoft Office required.
Schedule will include some weekends and will require flexibility in the days worked, hours worked, and time of day worked due to construction related items, meetings, networking, marketing, emergencies, etc.
Successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
Valid drivers license.
