Job Title: Denial Management Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Social Service Clinicians, RN Care Managers, and Utilization Review RNs to address denial management.
• Assist in analyzing denial trends and developing strategies for resolution.
• Support documentation and communication efforts to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss case management and denial issues.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to denial management activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Nursing, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare, case management, or denial management preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
