Compensation Intern - Denny's

Job Summary

Join Denny's HR Team for Summer 2024!! The HR Compensation Intern will report directly into the Compensation Manager and assist with the day to day tasks associated with compensation and benefit related matters, including but not limited to:

• Job Description Database Management and Pricing
• Compensation Consultation for existing employees and new hires.
• Data analysis related to employee pay, bonus, and benefits
• And so much more!

This position works cross-functionally with both internal and external business partners across the Denny's Brand.

Education & Requirements

• By Summer 2024, you must be a rising Junior or Senior at a 4-year college or university.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel a must
