Compliance Analyst - Investment Management - Boston, MA
We are seeking candidates for a Compliance Analyst position with a highly successful Investment Management firm located in Boston, MA. This position with be a key member to the firm's Legal, Compliance, and Risk Group. The team is responsible for the the administration of the firm's Code of Ethics Policy and will monitor the compliance within the firm's Policy and Procedure Regarding Political Contributions. This ideal candidate will have 1+ years of legal, compliance, or operational experience within financial services.
This is a 6+ month contract that will pay $33-40/hr within a 40-hour workweek. This position is required to be onsite 3 days/week in the Boston office.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding the Firm’s Code of Ethics policies and program.
- Support the processes, systems, and data components of the Code of Ethics program.
- Collaborate with EMEA and APAC Compliance teams, Operational Risk, and Internal Audit to ensure coordinated efforts in relevant areas.
- Contribute to other Legal, Compliance, and Risk Group initiatives.
- Develop and deliver regulatory training sessions related to the Code of Ethics and related policies.
- Address regulatory inquiries and examinations, as appropriate.
- Serve as an escalation point for offshore colleagues.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field
- MBA, Master’s degree, or professional certification (e.g., CFA) is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in compliance, operational, or business controls within an investment advisory context.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with strong business judgment and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Proven ability to influence outcomes through collaboration and clear guidance.
- Enthusiasm for leveraging technology to solve problems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A global mindset and the ability to clearly convey complex regulatory and policy information to key stakeholders.
- Proficiency with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) for data analysis and visualization, and familiarity with process automation tools such as Power Automate or Alteryx is an advantage.
