Responsibilities
+ Provides high-level expertise in developing complex SharePoint 2016 applications, SharePoint Online applications, as well as other platforms employed by NSF.
+ Defines functional requirements based on business needs, produces and maintains detailed technical documentation, and provides user support on technical issues.
+ Provides project plans, and weekly and monthly status reports.
+ Directs the completion of tasks within project estimated time frames and project budget constraints. Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
+ May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top-level contributor/specialist.
Qualifications
+ Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance is required.
+ Bachelor's degree in business management, Engineering, Computer Science, or other relevant discipline. Minimum 6 years of SharePoint management experience; and minimum of 3 years working in an agile software development environment.
+ Demonstrated experience leading a team transitioning an agency or customer from on-premises or cloud-based SharePoint to Microsoft 365 or other software platform.
