Job Description:
We have an immediate need for a Short-term, Computer Support Analyst 2 / End Device Support with experience in the following areas:
Montlake End Device Support requires operational assistance for daily IT hardware support tickets that run the entirety of our offered IT support services. University of Washington Medical Center relies on End Device Support to keep the computer hardware operational and is a key part of the top tier medical services that keep University of Washington ranked among the best in the nation.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in managing desktop and end user computing devices, with hands on experience in hardware and software support. Expertise in troubleshooting Windows and iGel operating systems and providing deskside hardware and software support. Strong relationship building skills with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering tailored technical solutions
