Job Duties:Experience in a fast-paced high request volume environment is critical. Abilityto multi-task and have prior experience with common request management ticketingsystems. Duties will include:-Imaging/reimaging, setting up workstations/laptops, barcoding, and assetmanagement-Project tracking, customer interactions (written & verbal), and ServiceNOWupdates-Troubleshooting and break/fix for laptops/desktops and coordinate hardwarewarranty repair-Shipping and receiving of hardwareRequired job Skills:1. Experience in troubleshooting computer hardware and break/fix2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, ServiceNow or comparableticket management system3. Experience with computer builds/configuration4. Shipping and receiving of packages through UPS5. Dell and HP certified or willing to get certified within 30 days after startdate6. Strong customer service and interactions via written and verbal communication7. Ability to lift up to 50lbs
