Computerized Maintenance Mgmt Systems Administrator, Senior - Seattle Children's

Responsible for overall asset management, corrective repairs and preventive maintenance planning and scheduling, equipment tiers, report generation, equipment risk assessment and all other aspects of the CMMS system for the Facilities Business Unit. Act as subject matter expert for other departments not listed using the TMA CMMS.#LI-NC1 Required Education/Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or a related Information Systems field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of (5) years' experience in facility operations and repair with a combination of experience in planning, scheduling and execution of a planned maintenance program. Additional experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Required Credentials: - Current Washington State Driver's license and must have a driving record acceptable to Risk Management. Preferred: - Construction planning, oversight experience. - Proven experience and knowledge of project management skills, tools and methodologies. - Proven experience leading committees, projects and activities. - Proven ability to fully use and apply standard principles, theories and concepts related to technical discipline. - Experience with clinical and hospital applications and/ or systems - Experience supporting Contact Center customer facing applications and internal user requirements. - Experience working with service level agreements and vendor contracts. **Compensation Range** $104,797.00 - $157,195.00 per year **Salary Information** This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year).
