National Travel is accepting applications for Concierge/Travel Agent Support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years or higher education or Trade School
• Standard series of Microsoft Office applications
• Typing 40-50wpm
• Good speaking skills with an excellent vocabulary and diplomatic protocol
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment.

Overview of Duties

• Answering phone calls, emails, and chats from clients.
• Facilitates client needs by distributing to proper communication channels.
• Provide support and other travel assistance.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting $18.00 hour
• Position offers advancement to a career in travel as a Travel Agent or Concierge Plus
• Three (3) weeks paid vacation
