Construction Attorney
A reputable firm that’s has been established in the Chicago area for over 40 years is currently seeking a Transactional Construction Law Attorney and a Litigation Construction Law Attorney. Years of experience may vary from 3+ to 20. This is a full-time position that operates predominantly hybrid. Attorneys are expected to be in the office 2 days a week.

The salary for this role will be market-competitive and commensurate with experience, with generous performance-based bonuses & benefits.
Skills and Requirements:
- 3-20 years' experience in construction law (transactional or litigation)
- Previous experience in any of the following is highly preferred:
- civil defense and insurance litigation, including the defense of claims in the areas of construction, professional liability, property and casualty, serious personal injury and wrongful death.
- Experience with sophisticated casework/transactions
- Desire to grow and advance with the firm over the long-term
- Professional, organized and collaborative
Pay is competitive for an individual with similar experience. EOE.
