DIRECT HIRE: Currently seeking a Contract Compliance Administrator in the Atlanta, GA area. As the Contract Compliance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all contracts are adhered to and that compliance with regulations is maintained throughout the projects.
MUST have extensive experience submitting and processing certified payroll
Salary: $60k - $70k per year

Responsibilities
- Review new contracts for compliance specifications including Controlled Insurance Programs and Payroll.
- Enroll MSI in required Insurance Programs and assist subcontractors in their enrollment as needed.
- Manage submission of Insurance Requirements and Weekly (Bi-Weekly) Certified Payroll.
- Assist subcontractors in their submission of required payroll reports.
- Identify and complete all compliance requirements throughout the life of construction projects.
- Communicate with the estimating team to calculate accurate insurance cost estimates per project specifications.
- Coordinate with MSI insurance agents to ensure proper coverage is obtained.
- Ensure subcontractor compliance prior to working on site.
- Complete pre-qualifications for new/returning customers as requested by sales team.
- Track compliance categories and progress for all projects for reporting to supervisor as needed.
- Manage communications with customers including phone calls and emails.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Proven experience working in contract administration or compliance.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and industry best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Professional certification in contract management or compliance is preferred.
