Construction Controller
Location: San Rafael
Salary: $150K - $180K
This role involves overseeing accounting, budgeting, job costing, and compliance. We're looking for a detail-oriented finance professional with extensive construction industry experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Manage monthly financial statements, ensure accuracy, and support strategic planning.
- Job Costing: Track and analyze job cost reports for high-profile projects.
- Accounts & Cash Management: Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash flow.
- Month-End Close: Execute all steps in the month-end close process, including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Compliance & Audits: Ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate external audits.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years in finance/accounting with at least 5 years in a senior role within the construction industry.
- Skills: Strong financial analysis, advanced Excel, and proficiency in Sage 300 Construction.
- Leadership: Ability to develop and lead a high-performing finance team.
