Construction Engineering Technician III - Fluor Corporation

The purpose of this position is to provide essential administrative processes to project management and discipline managers in order to assure the project meets or exceeds all technical requirements. This role performs moderate number of minimally complex assignments, evaluates, selects, and applies standard administrative techniques to projects and/or departments.
• Deliver quality work, and adhere to the Operating System Requirements (OSR)
• Administer and maintain highly confidential and specialized information and apply general understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and operations
• Assist in the development of project and department standards, procedures, practices, and guidelines
• Identify and evaluate personnel availability for internal and external assignments
• Develop and administer documentation for personnel transactions
• Coordinate and allocate space needs with operating center, project management, and/or task force
•Support design integrators as needed
•Serve as design interface for technical agencies
•Coordinate design reviews.
•Act as a liaison with SRPPF Design Authority regarding design issues and design reviews
• Other duties as assigned
