The ideal candidate will have experience with Industrial construction projects as a General Contractor. The ideal candidates will have:
- 5+ years’ experience on Industrial/ Commercial projects as an Estimator
- Be able to prepare and coordinate the preparation of full cost estimates as well as the pre-construction phase on conceptual, design-build or hard-bid work.
- Timberline software experience
