Job Details

Job Description

• Observing construction projects to identify and document work that is being performed in accordance with approved plans.
• Inspection types will vary based on project needs, but include EPA CGP/Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) inspections, NHDES Environmental Monitoring as well as NHDOT supervision of infrastructure projects.
• The frequency of inspection will range per project from daily to weekly or biweekly. The chosen candidate will be responsible for time management.
• Preparing and submitting detailed reports as required.
• Providing site support for contractors as needed on projects, to include answering contractor questions on plans, coordinating field changes between office staff and the contractor and client.
• Review of shop drawings and submittals for projects.
• Review engineering plans for constructability.

Job Requirements

• Experience in the field of site work construction.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to wear required PPE, i.e., hard hats, safety vest, work boots.
