Position Overview: They are seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Attorney to join their dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction law, excellent litigation skills, and a passion for advocating for clients in a variety of construction-related disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in construction litigation cases, including contract disputes, project delays, defect claims, and compliance issues.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare comprehensive legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
• Manage cases from inception through trial, including pre-trial preparation and post-trial motions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on construction-related matters.
• Stay updated on changes in construction law and litigation trends.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar in California.
• 2-7 years of experience in construction litigation or related areas, ideally litigation and transactional experience but can have only construction litigation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of construction law and industry practices.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Proven ability to handle complex litigation cases and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
