AG Consulting Engineering, PC (AG) a design, engineering and construction management firm headquartered in Manhattan, New York is looking for several Construction Managers to support our projects in New York City. Position is long term.

Position: Construction Manager (s)
Location: New York City
Project: K-12 school buildings
Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the construction process, including overseeing the work of the contractor.
• Coordinate with the client and contractor on the project site.
• Provide bi-weekly reporting and oversee the project meetings.
• Coordinate all required meetings.
• Create and track Field Orders and Change Orders.
• Track Submittals, RFIs in coordination with the Project Team.
• Oversee safety and security at project sites.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience involving in managing CIP construction projects.
Strong Communications skills.
