Construction Manager - Relevante

Salary: $ 125,000.00

We have partnered with a large real estate development advisory firm in Westerville, OH area to provide them with a Construction Manager. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Construction Manager:

#1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.

#2. 5+ years of relevant experience.

#3. Master level of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

#4. Proficiency in construction management software, project scheduling tools, and construction methods and materials knowledge.

#5. Relevant certifications, such as a PMP (Project Management Professional, CCM (Certified Construction Manager), or LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is a plus.

#6. Experience with sports stadiums, multi-purpose entertainment venues, and/or commercial mixed-use development projects is a plus.

Requirements of the Construction Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience with design oversight and the ability to interpret and implement design plans.
• Master level of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in construction management software, project scheduling tools, and construction methods and materials knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to resolve conflicting situations and effective problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proficient in Project Management software such as Procore.
• Relevant certifications, such as a PMP (Project Management Professional, CCM (Certified Construction Manager), or LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is a plus.
• Experience or familiarity with Northspyre project management software is a plus.
• Experience with sports stadiums, multi-purpose entertainment venues, and/or commercial mixed-use development projects is a plus.
