AECOM Hunt is seeking a highly talented Construction Project Manager to join our Hunt Construction group. This position will be supporting our Toledo, Ohio project site location.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Directs and manages the entire project, guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.
• Accountable for all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.
• Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage, procurement, through contract closeout.
• Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project.
• Implements ES&H programs. 
• Supervises Environmental Safety and Health Specialists assigned to the same project(s). 
• Performs work, which involves a variety of functions that require a broad range of expertise and excellent communication skills. 
• May be responsible for an ES&H program on a large, specialized, complex project or multiple projects.

Minimum Requirement:

• BA/BS and 8 years of relevant construction project management experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Preferred Qualification:

• Industrial/manufacturing construction project management experience
• Automotive manufacturing and Powertrain Plant construction and process equipment installation project management experience
• General Motors client experience
• Project controls experience in scheduling and costs, knowledge of the GM reports and Cost / Change Management requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Office, Teams).
