Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:

• Minimum of 10 years' experience as a commercial Project Manager, preferably in hospitality or multi-home construction.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, MS Teams, Bluebeam, and Email.
• Ability to buyout construction projects with bid packages and scopes of work based on construction documents.
• Manage all aspects of the projects from concept to completion, including design, permitting, subcontracting, purchasing, and construction.
• Coordinate and direct all construction activities on the assigned projects, ensuring a safe work site by implementing company and OSHA regulations.
• Work with outside consultants to produce construction documents and perform quantity takeoff of various materials and FF&E.
• Create and execute bid packages from bidding to contracting.
• Must be willing to travel throughout the US and Caribbean, with a preference for a candidate holding a current valid passport.

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
