Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:

• 5 years of applicable construction experience, with extensive knowledge of the general construction industry
• Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field from an accredited institution
• OSHA 10 certification required
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Estimating, Scheduling and Project Management software, such as Timberline
• Manage all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and safety
• Lead project buyouts, subcontractor management, and material procurement
• Ensure projects are completed within contractual terms, on time, and within budget
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
