Construction Project Manager - Strategic Employment

A general contractor in the Nashville/Franklin area is looking for a Project Manager to join their growing team. They do design-build construction and are looking for folks with 3+ years of experience in a similar role at a similar type of GC.

This is a key hire that will be responsible for the management and delivery of multiple construction projects, working closely with internal and external stakeholders, and mentoring and training junior Project Managers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage resources - Identify and procure resources, estimate project budgets, and set project scopes and schedules
• Planning - plan, develop, and execute project deliverables
• Managing - manage team members, compile reports, cross-team coordination, and other executive-level tasks
• Oversee quality control and ensure compliance within project scope

Requirements:

• Experience in Nashville construction project management/coordination
• Experience with software systems such as Procore, Bluebeam or similar tools

Pluses:

• Plumbing experience
• Commercial construction experience
