Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of construction management experience preferred.
• Oversee project safety, budget, and scheduling with expertise in Primavera P6.
• Lead preconstruction activities including schedule development, risk management, and subcontractor selection.
• Ensure project safety compliance through daily safety huddles and regular safety meetings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and subcontractors.
• Manage project costs, cash flow, and budget estimates while negotiating owner change orders.
• Supervise project startup, ensuring the setup of financial systems and procurement processes.
• Lead crisis management planning and oversee project closeout including final approvals.
• Required experience: heavy civil site work or roadway, utilities, or sewer and water systems.

Must be eligible to work on Airport property. Criminal Background check and drug screen required.

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
