Compensation range: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00

The Onsite Project Manager (PM) will be at the forefront of our project operations, overseeing the planning, direction, and coordination of activities for their Metal and Millwork projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing projects and budgets, ensuring the highest standards in shop drawings, manufacturing, and installation. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the PM will be a key player in maintaining clear communication, building effective teams, and achieving project milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are on time and within budget
- Submit regular workload and budget analysis reports to the COO
- Verify accuracy of contract documents against bid proposals
- Submit monthly SOV billings on schedule
- Collaborate with the Engineering Department to ensure proper detailing before drawing submissions
- Review shop drawings and material schedules, identifying cost impacts and lead times
- Attend and contribute to weekly Project Manager/Production meetings
- Obtain and evaluate subcontractor bids, ensuring alignment with project scope
- Monitor project installations, ensuring budget compliance and quality standards
- Visit job sites regularly to assess progress and address issues
- Handle project documents meticulously, including change orders and project closeouts
- Update ERP systems with accurate project information
- Manage relationships with General Contractors and address budget issues proactively
- Travel to project sites as needed
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Project Management; 7-10 years in General Contracting preferred
- Certifications: PMP or comparable project management certifications highly desirable

- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
