Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity include:
2-3 years of construction management experience
Familiarity with commercial construction and experience in addressing challenges such as relocating kitchen equipment and renovating sidewalks and ceilings
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Managing in-house crews and subcontractors, solving problems on-site, sometimes during odd hours, and liaising with office staff to ensure client satisfaction
This position requires regional travel within Texas
Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus quarterly bonus opportunities.
