Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:

• 8+ years of experience in residential interior renovation.
• Oversee and communicate the day-to-day progress of assigned projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, labor, and materials to efficiently execute high-quality projects.
• Create detailed Project Scopes of Work, estimates, and schedules for internal and client use.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to Scope of Work and cost requirements.
• Provide workmanship quality control and proactively resolve any issues to meet company standards.
• Identify new subcontractors and material vendors to enhance the company's offerings to clients.
• Balance office scheduling and field work to ensure seamless project management.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including full benefits, paid holidays, 1 week of vacation in the first year, and 2 weeks after that. Additionally, a monthly vehicle allowance of $500-$1000, depending on the candidate, is provided.
