Construction Superintendent – High End Residential at Davron LLC

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Superintendent - High End Residential position include:

• Mid to Senior level experience with high-end residential construction
• Strong knowledge of Procore and Excel required
• Experience with construction on challenging hillside/sloped locations
• Extensive experience managing full-gut residential projects, including new doors, windows, and stucco
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades on a long-term, intense project
• Must have hands-on experience managing large-scale residential projects
• Oversee the project from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and quality standards
• Work 100% on-site with an 8am to 4pm schedule
• Supervise and report directly to senior management, ensuring project milestones are met

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including a 10% annual bonus, health stipend or reimbursement for benefits, and milestone-based bonus structure.
