Construction Superintendent (General Building Construction) - Vrana Construction

We are looking for a Superintendent to oversee Commercial Construction Projects.

Summary

The Superintendent is responsible for the direction and coordination of field labor, subcontractors and the placement/use of equipment and construction materials.  The Superintendent is accountable for the efficient and effective day-to-day construction of the project following the overall construction methodology and means developed by the Project Manager and Superintendent.  The Superintendent is accountable for safety on the project.  The Superintendent is accountable for maintaining effective working relationships with trades people, subcontractors, suppliers and client employees who may be on the site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in related field
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

Job Requirements

• Bending, stooping, reaching, crawling, standing, twisting, climbing
• Unaided lifting up to 50 lbs.
