We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Superintendent to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site.
-Prepare schedule and time lines
-Coordinate and supervise all construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Work closely with subcontractors,
- Maintain detailed project documentation.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and meetings.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as a Construction Superintendent needed.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
