Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all stages of project life cycle, managing construction activities and coordinating with various teams and stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain all necessary construction operations, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
- Ensure all safety protocols, including OSHA 30, ICRA, and ISLM procedures, are strictly followed on the construction site.
- Manage project scheduling, identify potential issues or delays, and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Lead and manage site teams, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project-related queries, providing regular updates to project stakeholders.
- Implement risk management processes, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Provide first aid and CPR in emergency situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of all site personnel.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to overcome project challenges, ensuring the successful completion of the project.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Certified in OSHA 30, first aid, and CPR.
- Working knowledge of ICRA and ISLM procedures.
- Proven experience in project scheduling and risk management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical ability to work on a construction site, including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in a variety of weather conditions.
