About The Position:
Consumer Lending Support Specialist is responsible for processing of collateral protection insurance and initiating subsequent adjustment to member loans, ensuring loan files are accurate and completed and ready for audit in a timely manner.
What You'll Be Doing
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of titles to ensure requests are handled accurately and in a timely manner.
- Process loan maintenance requests as requested by authorized GNCU staff.
- Ensure processing of Reconveyances and Subordinations are accurate and timely.
- Perform title searches, title changes and handle other applicable title matters with applicable Department of Motor Vehicle offices and/or vendors.
- Perform skip payment programs.
- Ensure insurance placements and refunds are completed in a timely manner.
- Apply appropriate procedures and reporting requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act.
Qualifications
- 1 year of Consumer Lending experience preferred
- 1 year of DMV/Title experience preferred
- 6 months of Customer Support experience required

Physical Demands
- While performing the duties of your job, you may regularly be required to sit and use a keyboard, multiple monitors, mouse, and telephone (including repetitive motions with hands, fingers, arms, etc.) for extended periods of time. You may also frequently be required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms, bend, and kneel.
- You may occasionally be required to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Anything above 40 pounds requires a team lift.

Compensation & Benefits
- $38,000 - $54,000 per year
- Compensation is dependent on experience
